Today I have the great pleasure of Speaking with Intuitive Heather Anderson, from https://www.heatherandersonintuitive.com/
If you are having difficulties understanding your animal, Heather can help. With the help of easy-to-use services such as Skype or Zoom, she will connect intuitively with both yourself and your pet in order to get a better grasp on what the two of you need from each other- whether that be companionship for the human or guidance for their pet!
I'm very excited to be speaking with Heather today, so let's get started!
Heather, thank you VERY much for taking time out of your busy schedule to chat with me.
Can you tell us about yourself, please!
I am an animal communicator. I have been connecting intuitively with animals professionally for just a few years now, but, like many others, have memories of connecting with animals from the time I was very young.
When did you first realize you had unique or special abilities?
When I was little, I realized that I would become emotionally affected by all of the animals I came into contact with. I remember feeling, in my body, the emotions of the animals that were around me. My mom thought I was overly emotional. I didn’t realize at the time that it was something I couldn’t control. I wasn’t able to identify it as having empathic tendencies until much later.
When did you know that it was your calling, and what inspired you to start your business?
My cat Neala passed away at the age of 9. It was through the grief of her passing and my need to better understand why she passed that I stumbled upon animal communication. I realized at that time that animals come into and out of our lives quite intentionally, to help us become even better humans. I want to be able to help others better understand the reasons that their animals chose them.
Can you tell us about your animal communication readings? This is not something I've experienced personally, so I'd love to hear and learn more!
I do my readings on the phone or a video call. The animal does not need to be in the space with you when the reading is taking place. I explain to the client that I will see, hear, feel, and just know things about the animal. My role in the communication isn’t to try to interpret or translate the information they send to me. It is my job to act as a messenger for the animal and give their human the chance to understand how the information applies to them.
How have things changed for you, if at all, during the pandemic?
I feel as though more people reached out to connect with their pets during the pandemic. Perhaps one of the reasons is that people were with their pets more during this time and they were able to be more aware of things that were happening with them. In many ways, the pandemic had a positive effect for pets. They got to do a lot of important “soul work” during the extended togetherness.
What do you love the most about what you do?
I love being a voice for the animals. I love helping humans open up to the “greater consciousness” of our animals. Animals have mastered the idea of unconditional love and they want so much to help us become everything we are meant to be. There are so many “a-ha” moments for people to take away with them when they realize the work that their animal is assisting them with.
Any final words of wisdom or parting thoughts for our readers in these trying times?
Take the time to be still with your animals and yourself. Even if you take just 5 minutes a day to breathe consciously with your pet and focus on the loving relationship you have will bring about healing and a stronger energetic connection for you both. Each day is a gift. Be present for them.
